Ski Length Guide

When the atmospheric rivers are flowing in the coast ranges, the 110 is an everyday ski. We’re talking Tahoe to Whistler, where the snow is more of a dense cream than a cold smoke. For most everyone else, the 110 comes out on storm days. There’s not a dump that can sink it. Bizarrely, you can rip turns on it inbounds too. That’s Bode’s signature on there. It’s the most versatile ski over 108mm we’ve ever tested.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on any purchases over $50 in U.S. That applies to returns too.

Warranty

While unlikely, it’s possible that you will receive a pair of skis with a minor flaw. It’s also possible, while out enjoying your skis, something goes wrong with them that is unrelated to the ski conditions or environment. Should a circumstance arise where you discover a flaw after putting your skis on snow, and you are the original owner, we will happily replace them for up to three years from the date of purchase. Enjoying your skis is paramount; if enjoying your skis results in damage to the skis from any number of hazards that exist in the mountain environment, we trust that you’ll understand if we have a tough time replacing them due to conditions or circumstances outside of Peak’s realm of influence.

Whats Under the Hood

Forever, powder skis were 115 millimeters-plus underfoot with elf shoe rocker. But beyond a film shoot, when does a ski like that really make sense? They’re less than friendly to your knees on hardpack, and you damn near have to dislocate the hip to edge. We designed our 110 to be more than a powder specialty ski. Fat, yes. But not gluttonous. It features the same KeyHole Technology™ as every Peak ski, but we reduced the metal to shave grams. Our Powder Core of poplar, paulownia, and polyurethane stringers soaks up chatter and keeps this plank at fighting weight. It’s loose and spritely off-trail, but on groomers, it arcs a silky smooth turn.

Peak 110 at Big Sky MT

I got my 110's 168 length in Jan 2024. I am 75 and still 5'6" 140 lbs and now ski only at Big Sky MT when I can get here. I bought the 110's for powder but we had only poor conditions in early Jan with only a little fresh. I had to try them anyway and was impressed on how well these powder skis handled the poor cold hard thin snow conditions then. I didn't get back to MT and my 110's until the end of March 2024 where we still didn't have much powder. Then I used my 110's all over Lone Peak at Big Sky and Moonlight in cool light powder, heavy soft, soft very warm 45F+ and followed by cold refrozen hard and boiler plate. I have taken them down from the tram several times and even took them down the Big Couloir just to see if these powder skis would work and was surprised that they did grip and hold as well as my other heavier stiffer skis. I am very impressed with how well they can handle all conditions all over the mountain with good edge grip when needed and no chatter. They are ok and handle speed but as expected that's not what they are made for. I had a chance to trade off with a friend who just got the same size 104's on a refrozen boiler plate day. My 110's were going fine but I found the 104's did feel more stable at speed on crusty groomers. So far I haven't had a chance to run my 110's in the powder I bought them for. I didn't expect them to be a good all mountain ski at all and am happy to find they are more than sufficient and can turn quickly in the trees too. But for a purposeful all mountain and powder ski I would have to suggest the 104's.

Peak 110-A playful ski!

I am a hard charging advanced skier that sticks to the fall line. So, I got my Peak 110 by Bode in the 188 length (very long for my height) and the first day out I was expecting groomers and fresh off-piste; but found a mogul field. I'm thinking, "oh boy fun, wide and long skis in crappy 2000's moguls" (these ain't your 70's moguls folks) and the Peak 110's were surprisingly nimble, handling the terrain with no problem. In the PNW we don't get that super fluffy pow; but I found the 110's as floaty as I would expect from a pow ski of this width. When you hit the groomers (which I always do) the 110's held an edge and they liked to go fast. I found these to be fun skis, which I will likely ski on more than just the few "fresh Snow" days I get a year. I got pushed around a bit in the 8-10" chop; but once it was knocked down a bit, these skis just ate it up and skiing freshies by the trees was serene. The Peak 110 by Bode are an excellent choice for a resort pow ski to fill out my quiver (Nordica Dobermann Spitfire 80 RB-fast carving, Paek 88 by Bode-daily driver, Nordica Enforcer 100-tough snow conditions, early and late season, Peak 110 by Bode-anytime anywhere!)

Peak 98 and 110s

I bought the 98s last year and the 110s this year. I love both. The 98s are touted to be the best all around ski for all conditions, but I am finding the 110s are better. They are very sturdy especially in hard packed crust. They seem to hold better in crust. Haven’t skied them yet in powder. Looking forward to that. As long as I keep them tuned, the 98s are great.
People regularly ask me how I like my skis. I am a good promoter of your brand. Unfortunately I do not see a lot of Peaks out there but that is likely due to your unique direct to consumer marketing.
Keep up the good work.

Impressive Powder Skis!

I live in Southern Colorado and my primary mountain gets an abundance of powder. That said, it is not unusual for the mountain to get skied up quick, leading to chopped up powder and crud. The Peak 110's are exceptional at handling deep snow, crud and trees. What really surprised me is how well they also railed on the groomers and handled high speed with confidence. The ski has a very solid feel. No vibrations and bouncing around like some powder skis. For reference, I am a very strong, female skier. Grew up racing and still ski fast and assertive. I am incredibly happy with these skis. If I didn't already have other skis in my quiver, I would also buy the 98's.
