Now in its third generation, the Peak 88 represents the most refined expression of our all-mountain design philosophy. Built on the foundation of earlier versions and shaped by seasons of on-snow feedback, this iteration delivers a confident balance of power, control, and adaptability.
The current Peak 88 features a slightly relaxed sidecut compared to earlier generations, resulting in a ski that feels more composed at speed and more versatile across variable terrain. It’s designed for skiers who want a predictable, stable platform that still responds instantly when it’s time to push harder or change direction.
Skiing is addictive because the terrain and snowpack are always changing. You’ve gotta adapt. That’s where the Peak 88 comes in. It’s the go-to tool for workaday groomer skiers, but catch the corn cycle or drop into a chute in the alpine and it arcs fall line turns off-trail, too. Smear-turn them at will, or absolutely rail. Once they’re under your feet, it’s up to you to decide.

Great ski
I demoed a pair of the 98s went I was skiing in MT and loved them, so I ended up buying a pair of the 88s for skiing back east. They have been great in a range of conditions. Fun ski!

Game Changer
Just skied 6 days straight on the 88's in Breckenridge. If you are on the fence regarding Peak Skis or for some reason believe that Key Hole technology is a gimmick, you are wrong. I have skied Rossi's for the last 30 years...everything from the 4SM mogul ski to the Ti 88. The Peak 88 is super responsive edge to edge, stable, forgiving yet powerful and when paired with the proper binding flexible in a variety of conditions. I mounted them with the LOOK 15 GW 95 Pivots. In my opinion there is no better combination. This combo allows the ski to flex properly due to the small binding footprint. I have skied all my life and consider myself proficient and knowledgeable. I encourage you to give these sticks a chance. Bode knows what he is doing. He has personally made skiing even more enjoyable for me...

These things Rip!
I've got six days in already on the new 88s and absolutely love them. They feel so light that I was worried they wouldn't be stable at high speed....I was wrong. They're unbelievably stable and confident at speed, especially in crud or beat up groomers. I was on the fence between the 88s and the 78s. Ultimately, went with these as more of a do-it-all ski...And they still lay down an edge on the groomer like you wouldn't believe. The maroon-ish color is a cool and different look...Lots of compliments and questions on the lift as not a lot of people have seen these new ones yet. They shipped straight away and the shopping experience was great too.
