While the Peak by Dav share the shapes and rocker profiles of the standard 98 and 104, that’s where the similarities end. The Peak by Dav ski features a softer core profile for off trail skiing and easier turn initiation. And with both models we stripped away as much metal as we could to save weight without giving up the edge grip. You’ll notice the weight savings if you ever hike for your turns. Lighter weight skiers who don’t want to muscle a stouter ski will also see the benefit.
