Don't love your skis? Exchange or return for a full refund. Any skis purchased after March 15th can be returned for free until December 31st of that year. If you buy and receive your skis after December 31st, you have 30 days to ski them and decide.

While unlikely, it’s possible that you will receive a pair of skis with a minor flaw. It’s also possible, while out enjoying your skis, something goes wrong with them that is unrelated to the ski conditions or environment. Should a circumstance arise where you discover a flaw after putting your skis on snow, and you are the original owner, we will happily replace them for up to three years from the date of purchase. Enjoying your skis is paramount; if enjoying your skis results in damage to the skis from any number of hazards that exist in the mountain environment, we trust that you’ll understand if we have a tough time replacing them due to conditions or circumstances outside of Peak’s realm of influence.

I unfortunately most likely won't have a chance to ski on my Peak 98 by Bode skis, length 184, before this season comes to an end. However, I love the look and feel of them out of the box. Two other primary reasons for my 5-Star review are related to Peak's outstanding customer service. First, the exact skis I bought were a lower price shortly after I purchased mine. I asked Peak if they would honor the lower price on my purchase, and they issued a refund for the price difference. Second, Peak's satisfaction guarantee offering customers who purchase skis in the spring or off-season the opportunity to actually use their new skis until December of that year, and return them if they don't love them, is as good as it gets in the industry.
I'm 6' 2", 42 years old, and have been skiing virtually my whole life. Minus an occasional short hike, I ski inbounds, but I'll ski anywhere on the mountain (steeps, powder, bumps, etc). My last 2 pairs of all-mountain skis were 176 & 181. I opted for slightly longer Peak skis based on reviews and Peak's recommendation. Without having yet actually experienced these beauties on the slopes, I'm excited to use them in our beautiful Colorado Rockies next winter!
I bought the 98s at the end of the season, inspired by all the great reviews I was seeing.
I was able to get on them for three days of spring skiing at Kirkwood and Heavenly. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. I’m an aggressive all-mountain skier with a racing background who loves putting together GS turns at speed. I topped the 98s out just north of 60 mph and they proved remarkably stable with minimal vibration. I also found they handled crud and powder equally well. I opted for 178s, after reading Peak’s recommendation (I’ve been trending shorter 168-172ish in recent years) and did not regret going longer.
Can’t wait to use them for a full season!
I have had the opportunity to ski my Peak 98 by Bode about seven days this season, and a variety of conditions, and I have been very impressed. I have been training with ski patrol at my local mountain and one of my instructors noticed immediately that I seem to be skiing with more confidence. The skis transition from groomed to crud with little difficulty, and seem to get more stable the harder I push them. My last weekend at Big sky, I had an opportunity to ski them in heavy snow one day, ice, one day, and on 8 inches of fresh powder the final day, the skis performed great in all conditions, I highly recommend them as an excellent option for mountain ski!
